What the camera delivers

The Insta360 X5 captures 360º video at 8K resolution using dual 1/1.28" CMOS sensors and an F2.0 aperture. A triple AI chip works with PureVideo to improve low-light performance. InstaFrame 2.0 produces ready-to-share 4K footage with auto-tracking and virtual gimbal stabilisation. The standard bundle ships in satin white without a microSD card.

What to verify before ordering

You need a microSD card rated for high-bitrate 8K recording because none is included. A USB-C 3.0 port and a PD3.0 PPS certified 30W charger are required to reach the quoted 80% charge in 20 minutes. The camera is waterproof to 15 m without an extra housing. WiFi 802.11a/n/ac handles wireless transfer and app control.

What the bundle changes

The standard bundle provides only the camera body, so you must supply your own storage and mounting accessories. Replaceable lenses let you swap damaged glass quickly instead of sending the unit for repair. A multi-layer steel mesh wind guard reduces wind noise during recording. Two audio modes — Auto Wind Noise Reduction and Voice Enhancement — adapt capture to the environment.
