Professional Waterless Urinal Sealant

Instant Power Professional 8202 is a dark blue liquid sealant formulated for waterless urinal fixtures. It creates the essential barrier liquid layer that blocks odour while allowing waste to pass through. Facility managers and maintenance teams use it to keep waterless systems operating correctly in commercial and institutional restrooms.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The product is a passive chemical liquid with no moving parts, electrical connection or heat-generating components. It produces zero operational noise and draws no power during normal use. Thermal output is negligible and limited to ambient temperature equilibrium within the urinal cartridge or trap.

One-Gallon Capacity Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 1 gal volume supplied in each container. Buyers must match this quantity to the refill requirement of their specific waterless urinal model and maintenance schedule. Facilities needing smaller top-up amounts or different cartridge formats will find this package size unsuitable.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Instant Power Professional 8202 sealant in a waterless urinal, and what step do people often get wrong?

Pour the dark blue liquid directly into the urinal trap until the cartridge is full; the step most people miss is waiting for the sealant to settle completely before returning the fixture to service.

What maintenance or replacement will the Instant Power Professional 8202 sealant need over time?

The sealant depletes with each use and must be refilled when the liquid level drops below the trap outlet; plan on topping up every few weeks in high-traffic restrooms.

What limit appears first when the Instant Power Professional 8202 sealant is under sustained heavy use?

The one-gallon volume runs out faster than expected in busy locations, so the refill interval becomes the practical constraint before any chemical breakdown occurs.
