Expandable Foam Bags for Shipping

The Instapak Quick IQRT20 RT bags expand on contact to form custom-fit cushioning around items measuring up to 18 inches by 18 inches. Each blue bag activates instantly without external equipment, making the system suitable for pack stations that need fast, void-free protection for fragile goods.

Single-Use Activation and Disposal

The foam expands through an internal chemical reaction that requires no power, compressed air or heating element, so the packing bench stays quiet and cool during operation. After the package is sealed, the cured foam adds minimal weight and can be discarded with standard waste streams.

Pack of 36 Bags

The carton contains 36 individual foam bags, providing a fixed quantity for inventory planning and reorder points. Buyers who need a larger or smaller pack count, or a different bag footprint, will need an alternative SKU.

Questions about this item

How do I activate the Instapak Quick IQRT20 foam bags and what step is often missed?

Squeeze the internal separator to mix the two liquid components, then shake the bag for the full time shown on the label before placing it in the carton; skipping the shake leaves unexpanded liquid.

What replacement or maintenance will the IQRT20 bags need after they are used?

Each bag is single-use; after it expands and cures it cannot be refilled or reused, so keep a new pack of 36 on hand for the next shipment.

What is the first limitation you hit when packing multiple boxes in a row with these 18 x 18 inch bags?

The chemical reaction finishes in seconds, giving only a short window to position the foam around the product before it sets rigid.
