The Intel E1G44ET adds four Gigabit Ethernet ports through a single PCI-Express slot. It targets servers and workstations that need multiple wired links for segmentation, failover or dedicated traffic lanes.

Replaces multi-card setups

Handles four concurrent 1000Mbps links

Each RJ45 connector negotiates at 10, 100 or 1000Mbps, giving full wire-speed headroom on all ports simultaneously. Bandwidth saturates only when aggregate throughput exceeds the PCIe bus capacity available to the slot.
