15.6" 144Hz Gaming Notebook

The Intel Whitebook is a 15.6 inch gaming notebook with a 144Hz FHD IPS display. It runs on a 6-core Intel Core i7-9750H processor that reaches 4.5GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 8GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB NVMe SSD. An NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti with 6GB video memory handles graphics duties.

Best for 1080p gaming, not heavy multitasking

This laptop suits players who want smooth 1080p performance on the built-in 144Hz panel. The 6-core CPU and GTX 1660 Ti deliver solid frame rates in current titles. Users who run virtual machines, heavy rendering or memory-hungry workloads should look elsewhere because 8GB RAM is the limiting factor.

8GB DDR4 soldered memory

The 8GB DDR4 capacity is the single spec that decides fit. It cannot be upgraded beyond the factory configuration. Buyers needing 16GB or more for content creation or future-proofing must choose a different model. The 2TB NVMe SSD and 144Hz screen remain strong points for pure gaming.

Questions about this item

Will the 8 GB of DDR4 memory be enough for modern games or should I plan an upgrade?

8 GB of DDR4 runs current titles at 1080p, but many new releases benefit from 16 GB; the laptop has free slots so you can add another module later.

Can the 2 TB NVMe drive be expanded or replaced if I need more space?

The 2 TB NVMe drive occupies one M.2 slot; a second M.2 slot is available for an additional NVMe drive without removing the original.

Does the 144 Hz IPS panel support an external monitor at the same refresh rate?

Yes — the HDMI and Thunderbolt outputs can drive an external 1080p display at 144 Hz, matching the built-in screen refresh rate.
