M.2 Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 card delivering 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz for compatible laptops and desktops
This M.2 Wi-Fi card uses the Intel Wireless-AC 7260 chipset and fits an NGFF M2 slot. It is intended only as a replacement for laptops, desktops or industrial devices already using this model. The adapter requires driver installation on Windows and kernel 4.1 or newer on Linux.
The card delivers IEEE 802.11AC WiFi 5 with 2x2 MU-MIMO, reaching 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. Combined bandwidth is rated at 1200 Mbps for continued streaming, gaming or surfing sessions. Bluetooth 4.2 is also supported for peripheral connectivity.
The board weighs 2.9 grams and uses MHF4-compatible connectors for the two external antennas. An NGFF M2 slot on the motherboard is mandatory; the card will not fit other keyings. Discontinued by the manufacturer, so stock is limited to existing replacement demand.

The card is a low-power M.2 module with no active cooling; typical WiFi 5 operation stays cool under continuous load.
It uses the NGFF M.2 Key-E interface and needs two MHF4-compatible antennas already present in the chassis.
Yes, the adapter supports 802.11n at 300Mbps on 2.4 GHz and will fall back to that speed with a WiFi 4 router.
