The adapter requires a Key E M.2 CNVio slot, which is not the same as a regular M.2 PCIe Wi-Fi slot. It needs 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 or Linux and an 8th-9th Gen Intel CPU. No antenna or mounting screw is included. The card is discontinued, so stock is limited to existing replacement demand.
