10-Device Desktop AC Charging Station

The Interex By Tripp-Lite CSD1006AC charges up to ten devices simultaneously on a desk or countertop. It suits schools, offices and shared workspaces where multiple phones or tablets need daily power. A locking lid secures the contents against theft or tampering. An included cable with a combination lock adds a second layer of physical security.

Upgrade from open charging trays

This station replaces unsecured power strips or basic trays that leave cables exposed and devices vulnerable. The jump is worth it when you manage a fleet of devices that must stay charged and accounted for at all times. The integrated locking mechanism removes the need for separate lock boxes or tether kits. It also keeps power bricks and cords organised inside the cabinet.

Check shelf depth and outlet access

Verify the surface can accommodate the 16.54-inch width and 13.54-inch depth footprint before ordering. Ensure a nearby AC outlet is available for the station's own power input. Confirm the 15.56-lb weight is acceptable for the intended mounting location. The unit ships in black and gray only, so match the finish to your environment.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 8.94 x 16.54 in footprint need?

The station measures 8.94 inches deep by 16.54 inches wide, so allow at least that much clear surface area plus room for the lid to open fully.

What is the step users miss when securing the CSD1006AC?

After closing the lid, you must engage the built-in lock and also attach the separate combination-lock cable to a fixed anchor point; skipping the cable leaves the unit movable.

When should the combination-lock cable be replaced?

Inspect the cable periodically for fraying, kinks or corrosion on the lock mechanism; replace it immediately if any damage is visible or the combination dials stick.
