Ready-to-Print Aluminium Frames

This six-pack supplies pre-stretched aluminium frames fitted with 120-mesh monofilament polyester fabric. They arrive ready for emulsion coating, saving the time and equipment normally needed for manual stretching. The frames suit hobbyists, small studios and classroom settings that want consistent tension without building their own screens.

Lightweight Rigid Construction

Each frame measures 9.5 by 11.8 inches externally with a 7.5 by 9.8 inch internal print area. The aluminium profile resists warping under repeated squeegee pressure while staying light enough for handheld printing. Polyester mesh withstands common inks, cleaning chemicals and moisture, so the same frame survives many reclaim cycles.

Six Identical Frames Included

The pack contains six frames sharing the same 120-mesh count and dimensions, letting you prepare multiple colours or repeat jobs without re-stretching between runs. Uniform tension across the set means registration stays predictable when switching screens mid-project.
