  • Product typeScreen Printing Frames & Screens
  • Aluminium frames stay rigid during printing
  • Polyester mesh resists chemicals and abrasion
  • 80 m mesh gives fine detail reproduction
  • Internal 19 × 25 cm print area
  • Six frames ready for multi-colour runs

Ready-to-Print Aluminium Frames

Six pre-stretched aluminium frames arrive with 80-mesh polyester already fixed to the polished sticky edges. The 7.5 by 10 inch internal area is suited to hobbyists, small studios and classroom projects that need a repeatable screen without the stretching step.

80-Mesh Polyester Capacity

The 80-mesh (32T) fabric handles medium-detail graphics, block lettering and moderate ink deposits on paper, fabric or card. Very fine halftones or heavy flood coats will exceed the mesh opening and require a higher or lower count.

Reusable Frame Construction

Polished adhesive rails keep the mesh bonded through repeated wash cycles while the aluminium resists water, solvents and common screen-printing chemicals. Frames can be reclaimed with standard strippers, but the mesh cannot be re-tensioned once the original tension relaxes.

Questions about this item

Will the 7.5" x 10" internal print area line up with my existing 19 cm x 25 cm exposure unit?

Yes — the internal dimensions are 7.5" x 10" (19 cm x 25 cm), so they match your exposure unit exactly.

How can I verify the 80 m polyester mesh is tensioned to the 32T specification after I receive the frames?

Tap the mesh lightly; a properly tensioned 32T screen gives a crisp, drum-like tone and shows no visible sag across the 7.5" x 10" opening.

The pack lists six stretched frames — do I need to buy emulsion, squeegees or ink separately?

Only the six pre-stretched aluminum frames are included; emulsion, squeegees, ink and any coating tools must be purchased separately.
