Controls two computers from one keyboard, mouse and 4K HDMI display with USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub and audio
The IOGEAR GCS1932H lets operators manage two computers from one keyboard, mouse and Cinema 4K HDMI display. It supports 4096 x 2160 resolution at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 compliance and HDR. A built-in USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub adds two Type-A ports for shared peripherals. TAA compliance suits federal procurement requirements.
The unit runs silently without fans across a 0 to 40 °C range and up to 80 % non-condensing humidity. Power comes from an external DC 5 V adapter included in the box. LED indicators show active KVM, audio and USB channels at a glance. No internal power supply means minimal heat and zero acoustic noise.
This switch replaces separate keyboards, mice and monitor cables for two workstations, cutting desk clutter and cable runs. Switching is instant via front pushbuttons, hotkeys, mouse emulation or RS-232 commands. Auto-scan cycles between ports at 5 to 99 second intervals. Buyers needing more than two computer ports or DisplayPort video should consider a larger matrix switch.

Connect each computer with one HDMI cable to the black HDMI ports, one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type B cable to the blue upstream ports, and one 3.5 mm audio cable to the green jacks; the step people get wrong is inserting the USB cable into the front or rear blue Type A hub ports instead of the rear Type B upstream ports.
The unit has no user-serviceable parts or fan; maintenance is limited to keeping ventilation clear within the 0 to 40 °C operating range and replacing any of the six included 6 ft cables if they become damaged.
The AutoScan interval can be set from 5 to 99 seconds, so the shortest automatic dwell time is 5 seconds per computer; pushing the hotkey or pushbutton faster than that will simply queue the next switch.
