Pearl 35 Qt File Box 4-Pack

This four-pack of Pearl 35 Qt storage boxes is designed for offices and homes that need portable filing for letter and legal documents. Each box is made from BPA-free polypropylene manufactured in the USA and includes a secure latching lid. The stackable and nestable design helps keep workspaces tidy while protecting contents year-round.

Hanging file ledge and secure latching lid

A built-in ledge on the rim supports both letter and legal hanging file folders so documents stay upright and easy to flip through. The latching lid snaps shut to keep dust and moisture out, and grooves on the lid and body align when boxes are stacked to prevent shifting. Green Circle certification confirms the plastic meets environmentally friendly standards.

Limits of portable plastic filing

These containers rely on a friction-fit latch rather than a gasket seal, so they are not rated for water immersion or long-term airtight storage. The 35 Qt capacity suits standard letter and legal paperwork but will not accommodate oversize binders or bulky archive boxes. Nesting saves space when empty, yet the tapered walls reduce usable volume at the bottom of each box.

Questions about this item

Will the polypropylene body or the latching lid need replacement after repeated stacking?

The box is moulded from anti-break polypropylene made in the USA, and the secure latching lid is integral to the design; no user-serviceable parts are identified.

What stops the 35 Qt box from deforming when fully loaded and stacked long-term?

Grooves on the lid and body lock stacked units together, and the rigid polypropylene construction resists bowing under normal document weight.

Does the sealed lid trap heat or moisture during all-day storage?

The Green Circle certified, BPA-free plastic is airtight when latched, so contents stay at ambient temperature and humidity without active ventilation.
