Ironclad EXO Mechanics Gloves

These gloves are personal protective equipment designed for mechanics and general workshop tasks. They feature a synthetic leather palm and a polyester back with neoprene rubber knuckle protection. The cut-and-sewn construction provides a secure fit for daily use. A hook-and-loop cuff allows for easy adjustment on the job.

Suited for light mechanical work

Workers needing insulated gloves for cold environments should look elsewhere, as this model is unlined and not insulated. Buyers requiring touchscreen compatibility for device operation will not find that feature here. Those needing specific safety certifications beyond the stated EN standards should verify suitability before purchase.

Includes one pair of gloves ready for use

The hook-and-loop cuff closure lets the wearer tighten or loosen the fit quickly without removing the glove. Silicone-free materials prevent contamination on sensitive surfaces like paint or glass. Neoprene knuckle padding adds a layer of impact protection during hands-on tasks.

Questions about this item

What hand protection is already required before adding these EXO Mechanics Gloves?

These gloves are the primary hand protection; no additional glove layer is needed underneath the synthetic leather palm and polyester back.

How do the neoprene rubber knuckle guards interact with older tool handles that have worn grips?

The neoprene knuckle protection cushions impacts when a slipping tool strikes the back of the hand, reducing bruising on worn handles.

How can I confirm the hook-and-loop cuff is securing the glove correctly after putting it on?

The cuff should fasten snugly around the wrist with no gap, and the glove must not rotate when gripping a tool firmly.
