Silver 4U bezel for D-400 chassis

The iStarUSA DD-400-DSILVER is an aluminium front bezel finished in silver for the D Storm 4U server chassis series. It provides a uniform rack-front appearance and protects the front panel openings of compatible enclosures. The accessory is supplied new and matches the silver colour of the main chassis.

For D-400 owners needing a matching front panel

This bezel suits administrators who operate iStarUSA D-400 series racks and want a consistent silver fascia across their cabinet row. It does not fit other chassis lines, so builders using different enclosures or those who require tool-less drive access through the front should look at other solutions.

Passive aluminium panel with no moving parts

Because the bezel contains no fans, filters or electronics, its thermal behaviour is neutral and it adds no acoustic load under sustained operation. It simply shields the chassis front and maintains its appearance over time without degradation.

Questions about this item

Which iStarUSA chassis models accept the DD-400-DSILVER front bezel?

The bezel is built for the D-400 series chassis, so you must already own a compatible D-400 series case for it to fit.

Can this silver bezel be fitted to an older D-400 chassis that originally shipped with a different colour front panel?

Yes, the DD-400-DSILVER is a direct replacement front bezel for any D-400 series chassis regardless of its original panel colour.

How do I confirm the bezel is correctly seated after installation?

When properly mounted the silver front panel aligns flush with the 4U chassis edges and all drive-bay cut-outs line up without gaps.
