Front Filter for D Storm 4U Series

The iStarUSA DD-400-FILTER is a removable air filter designed for the front of D Storm 4U rackmount chassis. It helps reduce dust intake in server environments where clean airflow matters. The filter meets RoHS compliance standards. It has been available since 2011.

Suited for maintained racks.

This accessory suits administrators who service D Storm 4U systems and want a simple way to protect internal components from airborne particles. The removable design allows cleaning without tools. Builders using cases without a compatible front filter mount or those who run open-frame test benches will not be able to install it.

Fits D Storm 4U front intake

The single specification that decides fitment is compatibility with the D Storm 4U series front panel. If your chassis is not a D Storm 4U model, this filter will not align with the mounting points. No other dimensions or adaptor options are provided.

It slides into the dedicated filter channel on the front bezel and locks in place without tools or screws.

What physical space does the filter occupy in a 4U rackmount chassis?
