Monitors two temperatures and up to eight fans with selectable 50, 60 or 70 °C alarms and a single motherboard header
The iStarUSA TC-ISF08 is an internal monitoring board designed for I-Star D-Storm cases. It tracks temperature at two points and watches up to 8 fans for failures. Power comes from a single Molex connector. Selectable jumpers set the thermal alarm threshold at 50, 60, or 70 °C.
This board fits builders who need a single summarised fan-failure signal and visual LED alerts for a multi-fan chassis. It is not for users whose case lacks the specific D-Storm mounting points or connector layout. It is also not for setups that require per-fan RPM reporting rather than a combined fault line.
The decisive spec is the selectable alarm trigger at 50, 60, or 70 °C. Two included sensors let you monitor separate zones and the board sounds an alarm when either zone crosses the chosen limit. An onboard reset switch silences the alert until the hardware issue is fixed.

The board is a solid-state monitoring circuit with no moving parts; the only replaceable items are the two external temperature probes and up to eight fans that connect to it.
The lowest selectable alarm threshold is 50 °C, set by the onboard jumper, so that temperature is the first limit the board will report.
The board draws power from a single Molex connector and has no fan of its own, so it adds negligible heat and no audible noise during all-day operation.
