2U Steel Cover Bezel Plate

The iStarUSA WA-P2UB is a 2U cover bezel plate designed for server cabinets and racks. It is built from 1.2 mm SPCC cold-rolled steel with a multi-stage powder-coat finish. This accessory fills an empty 2U bay to maintain airflow discipline and physical security. It suits IT teams finishing a rack build or closing unused slots.

For rack builders closing empty bays

This plate fits administrators who need a simple, durable blanking panel for a standard 2U opening. It is not for buyers who want a vented panel, a filter assembly, or a bezel with integrated controls. It also does not suit cabinets that use non-standard rail spacing or proprietary mounting clips.

1.2 mm SPCC steel construction

The panel uses 1.2 mm thick SPCC cold-rolled steel processed through degreasing, pickling, phosphating, and powder coating. This material choice determines rigidity, corrosion resistance, and the quality of the mounting surface. Verify that your rack accepts a flat steel plate of this thickness before ordering.
