Questions about this item

What plug tip diameter does the iTekiro 120W adapter use for the Sager NP5165?

The adapter uses a 5.5 mm diameter plug tip without a center pin inside for the Sager NP5165 connection.

How do I connect the extra-long cords during installation, and which step is often missed?

Plug the 6 ft UL listed 3-prong AC cord into the wall outlet, then connect the 6 ft DC cord to the laptop; the step often missed is securing both cord connections firmly before powering on.

When will the iTekiro 120W adapter need replacement under normal use?

The adapter carries a 12-month worry-free replacement warranty; plan to evaluate replacement after this period or if output becomes unstable.
