Questions about this item

How much heat does the 135W adapter produce when running all day?

The unit delivers 19V at 7.1A with high power efficiency for continuous operation, and its ruggedised case is built to withstand harsh mobile environments without active cooling.

What must I already own to use this 5.5 mm tip charger?

You need an Acer laptop from the listed A715 or AN517 series that accepts a 5.5 mm barrel connector without a centre pin, plus a standard earthed mains socket for the 3-prong cord.

Will this 135W brick work if I keep my older 90W Acer power supply as a spare?

Yes, it replaces 90W, 120W and 135W Acer adapters, so the older 90W unit can remain as a backup; it does not replace 180W or 230W models.
