135W replacement charger for Legion Y520

This iTekiro 135W AC adapter replaces the original Lenovo power supply for Legion Y520 15-inch laptops. It delivers 20V at 6.75A and includes a 6 ft AC cord plus a 6 ft DC cord. The slim plug tip matches the factory connector on supported sub-models.

Suits owners of listed Y520 variants.

The adapter fits the Y520-15IKBN, Y520-15IKBA and Y520-15IKBM series part numbers shown in the compatibility list. Buyers whose machines ship with an 180W or 230W brick should look elsewhere because this unit cannot supply that power.

135W output decides compatibility

The single figure that determines fit is the 135W rating. If the original charger is rated 135W or 90W this adapter will work; if the label shows 180W or 230W it will not.

Questions about this item

Does the 135 W adapter need any periodic maintenance or scheduled part replacement?

The unit has no user-serviceable parts and no published maintenance schedule; keep the vents clear and the cords undamaged for reliable long-term use.

What is the first limit reached when the adapter runs at full 135 W output for extended periods?

The 20 V, 6.75 A output rating is the hard ceiling; sustained loads at that level will hit the built-in over-temperature and over-current protections before any other constraint.

How much heat and noise does the 135 W brick produce during all-day operation?

The adapter is passively cooled and silent; it will become warm to the touch under continuous 135 W load, which is normal for a sealed 20 V 6.75 A supply.
