Compatible ThinkPad T15p Gen 2 power supply

This 135 W AC adapter replaces Lenovo 135 W and 90 W chargers for ThinkPad T15p Gen 2 models including 20TN and 21A7 series. It delivers 20 V at 6.75 A through a slim plug tip designed for the laptop's power jack. The unit is new and built with a durable case that resists water and humidity.

Extra-long cords and safety protections

A UL-listed 6 ft AC power cord and a 6 ft DC power cord give 12 ft of total reach without extension cords. Integrated protections cover overload, short circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature conditions. The adapter does not replace 170 W or 230 W Lenovo chargers.

135 W output limit

The adapter supplies a maximum of 135 W, so it suits systems that originally shipped with a 135 W or 90 W brick. Buyers whose ThinkPad requires a 170 W or 230 W power source need a higher-capacity adapter instead.

Questions about this item

How often will the 135W AC adapter need replacement under normal daily use?

The adapter is built with a durable case that resists extreme conditions and seals out water and humidity, so it typically lasts the life of the ThinkPad T15p Gen 2 without needing replacement.

What is the first limit reached when the charger runs continuously at full 135W output?

The unit delivers 20V at 6.75A for a steady 135W; its overload, short-circuit and over-temperature protections will trip before any component exceeds its thermal or electrical rating.

How much heat and fan noise does the 135W power brick produce during all-day operation?

The adapter has no fan and relies on its sealed, high-efficiency case to dissipate heat silently, so it stays warm but quiet even after hours of continuous use.
