Questions about this item

How hot or noisy does the 180 W adapter get when it runs all day?

The unit is a sealed brick with no fan, so it produces no audible noise; warmth is normal at 19.5 V / 9.23 A continuous load.

What must I already own for this adapter to work with my Asus laptop?

You need a matching Asus model from the GL703GM, GL704GM, GL731GT, GM501GM, GU501G or GU603HE series and a working mains socket.

Will the 6.0 mm centre-pin tip fit the charging port on my older Asus ROG notebook?

The tip fits the listed models only; check your original charger for an identical 6.0 mm plug with centre pin before ordering.
