Car charger for Acer laptops

This 19V 3.42A auto adapter plugs into a 12V to 24V vehicle outlet and delivers up to 65W to compatible Acer models. It replaces genuine 45W and 65W units and includes short-circuit and over-temperature protection. A smart LED shows power status while the unit draws less power itself.

Right-angle DC connector and long cord

The 90-degree elbow reduces stress on the laptop power jack and the adapter tip, helping both last longer. A lengthy power cord lets the brick reach rear seats or a centre console without strain. Compact dimensions of 4.33 by 1.69 by 1.18 inches and a weight of 9.7 oz keep it unobtrusive in the cabin.

65W maximum output for charging on the move

Output ranges from 19V 2.37A up to the full 3.42A, so it handles mainstream Acer notebooks that require 65W or less. It will not support systems needing higher wattage or a different voltage. The adapter is a DC car charger only and cannot run from an AC wall socket.

Questions about this item

Does the 65 W output hold steady on a 12 V car socket or does it drop to the 45 W level?

The adapter accepts 12 – 24 V input and delivers up to 65 W at 19 V 3.42 A, so full power is available from a standard 12 V vehicle outlet.

How much heat or fan noise should I expect during a full-day drive?

The unit has no fan; it relies on passive cooling and includes over-temperature protection, so it runs silently and stays warm but within safe limits.

My Acer laptop uses a 4.33" x 1.69" barrel tip — will this right-angle plug fit?

The charger terminates in a 90-degree DC barrel connector designed for the listed Acer NX and KP series models; verify your laptop's tip size matches before ordering.
