It covers part numbers 20YS002GUS through 20YS002VUS and matches the original charger’s output specification. Questions about this item

What does the 230 W rating mean when the adapter is connected to a ThinkPad T15g?

It supplies up to 230 W at 20 V and 11.5 A, matching the original 230 W charger so the laptop can run at full performance and charge the battery simultaneously.

Which connector standard does the adapter use and what does it limit?

It uses a slim plug tip designed for compatible ThinkPad models; the 20 V 11.5 A output caps the maximum power at 230 W and it will not replace 280 W, 300 W, 330 W or 400 W units.

What physical clearance is needed for the power cords?

A 6 ft UL-listed 3-prong AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord are included, giving 12 ft total reach so the adapter can sit on the floor or a distant outlet without an extension lead.
