240W AC Adapter for Asus ROG Zephyrus G14

This 240W AC adapter delivers 20V at 12A to compatible Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 and G733 series laptops. It is built for owners who need a replacement or spare charger that matches the original power specification. The unit is supplied new and includes both AC and DC cables for immediate use.

6.0 mm centre-pin plug tip

The connector uses a 6.0 mm diameter barrel with a centre pin, which is the decisive fit factor for the listed Asus models. If your laptop requires a different tip size or lacks the centre pin, this adapter will not connect. The output is rated at 240W and replaces 180W, 200W and 230W units, but it does not replace 280W, 300W or 330W adapters.

Extra-long UL-listed power cords

A UL-listed 6 ft AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord are bundled, giving a combined reach that removes the need for extension leads in most setups. The durable case resists water and humidity, while built-in overload, short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protections guard the laptop during charging.

Questions about this item

Will the 240W rating actually run my G733 at full load without throttling?

The adapter delivers 20V at 12A for a full 240W output, matching the original Asus 240W unit so the G733 can sustain its maximum performance envelope.

Does the 6.0 mm centre-pin plug work with the GA402 charging port?

Yes, the 6.0 mm diameter tip with centre pin is the exact connector used by the GA402 and G733 series, so it seats securely without an adapter.

What clearance do I need for the brick and the two 6 ft cables?

The power brick itself is a standard laptop-size block; the package includes a 6 ft UL-listed AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord, giving roughly 12 ft total reach from wall outlet to laptop.
