Vehicle power solution

This 65W car charger replaces the standard AC adapter for compatible Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 and L340-15API Touch laptops. It plugs into a 12V to 24V cigarette lighter socket and delivers 20V at up to 3.25A. The unit weighs 9.7 oz and measures 4.33" x 1.69" x 1.18".

Sustained operation

Built-in protection guards against short circuit and over temperature during continuous use in a vehicle. The right-angle DC connector reduces mechanical stress on the laptop power jack compared with a straight tip. A long power cord provides flexible placement while the adapter draws from the vehicle supply.

65W maximum output

The adapter supplies up to 65W, covering models originally shipped with 45W or 65W Lenovo units. It is not an AC wall adapter and cannot be used from a mains socket. Buyers who need an AC-powered charger or a higher wattage unit should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 65W car charger produce when running all day?

It includes protection from short circuit and over temperature, and consumes less power while the smart LED power indicator shows status during extended use.

What must my vehicle already have for this charger to work?

A 12V to 24V cigarette lighter outlet is required; the adapter plugs directly into that socket to deliver 20V at up to 3.25A.

Will the right-angle DC connector fit the charging port on my older IdeaPad L340-15API Touch?

Yes, the 90-degree elbow tip is designed for the Lenovo models listed, including the L340-15API Touch, and reduces stress on the laptop power jack.
