65W USB-C AC Adapter for ThinkPad T580

This 65-watt USB-C power adapter is built for Lenovo ThinkPad T580 models including the 20L9 and 20L9S series. Questions about this item

How do I connect the iTekiro 65W USB-C AC Adapter to my ThinkPad T580 and what step is often missed?

Plug the 6 ft UL listed 2-prong AC cord into a 100-240V 50-60Hz wall outlet, connect the 6 ft DC cord USB-C plug to the laptop, and ensure the connector seats fully so the 5V 9V 12V 15V 20V 65W handshake completes.

What part of the iTekiro 65W USB-C AC Adapter will need replacement first and when?

The USB-C cable end sees the most flex; if the 6 ft DC cord frays or the connector loosens, replace the whole adapter to keep 65W 5V 9V 12V 15V 20V delivery reliable.

What limit appears first when the iTekiro 65W USB-C AC Adapter runs continuously at full load?

Sustained 65W output triggers the over-temperature protection, which throttles the 5V 9V 12V 15V 20V rails until the durable case dissipates enough heat.
