Replacement 65W USB-C adapter

This iTekiro 65W USB-C AC adapter replaces genuine Lenovo 45W and 65W chargers for ThinkPad L15 Gen 2 (AMD) 20X7 models and 20X3 series laptops. It delivers up to 65W through a USB-C connection using Power Delivery to match the device's voltage requirement. The unit is new and built for daily charging at home, in the office or while travelling.

Adjustable output up to 65W

The adapter supplies 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V at up to 3.25A, automatically adjusting to the connected laptop. It comfortably powers the listed ThinkPad models during normal workloads and charging. Headroom is limited to the 65W rating, so it cannot support higher-wattage docks or peripherals that demand more power than the adapter provides.

Rugged case with long cords

A ruggedised case resists moisture and high humidity for durability in mobile environments. The package includes a 6 ft UL-listed 2-prong AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord, giving extended reach without extension leads. Internal safety circuits filter input surges and limit output voltage and current, while high efficiency keeps heat and noise low during typical use.

Questions about this item

Will this 65W USB-C adapter run my ThinkPad L15 Gen 2 (AMD) 20X7 alongside an older 45W Lenovo charger I still use for travel?

Yes, the adapter replaces genuine Lenovo 45W and 65W chargers and delivers 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V up to 3.25A, so it matches the power profile your L15 Gen 2 expects.

How can I verify the adapter is delivering the correct voltage after I plug it in?

The unit negotiates Power Delivery with the laptop; the ThinkPad power manager will show the active voltage — 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V — confirming the adapter is operating as specified.

Does the box include both the AC cord and the USB-C cable, or must I buy a cable separately?

The package supplies a 6 ft UL-listed 2-prong AC power cord and a 6 ft DC output cord with USB-C connector, so no extra cable is required.
