Car Charger for HP ProBook 650 G2

This 65W DC car charger powers compatible HP laptops from a 12–24V vehicle outlet. It replaces original 45W and 65W AC adapters with a 19.5V 3.34A output. The compact unit includes short-circuit and over-temperature protection plus an LED indicator.

Check your laptop model and power needs

Verify your device appears in the supported list such as ProBook 650 G2, Spectre x2 Pro or the listed part numbers. Confirm the original adapter is rated 45W or 65W; this charger does not replace 90W units. Ensure your vehicle provides a standard 12V or 24V cigarette-lighter socket.

Replaces 45W and 65W HP adapters

The charger serves as a direct substitute for lost or damaged lower-wattage HP power bricks when working on the road. The long power cord adds reach inside the cabin. It is not suitable for laptops requiring 90W or higher input, nor for non-HP brands.

Questions about this item

What does the iTekiro car charger package contain and does it include a laptop connector tip?

The box contains the 65W DC car charger unit with a 4.33" x 1.69" x 1.18" adapter body weighing 9.7 oz and a long power cord; the correct barrel tip for compatible HP models is integrated on the output lead.

My ProBook 650 G2 shipped with a 45W adapter — is this 65W car charger the right choice or should I look for a different version?

Yes, this single 65W version replaces both the 45W and 65W factory adapters listed for the ProBook 650 G2 and Spectre x2 Pro; it does not replace a 90W unit, so choose this model only if your original adapter is 45W or 65W.

When plugged into a 12V cigarette lighter, what actual power does the adapter deliver to the laptop?

The charger accepts 12–24V DC input and provides a regulated 19.5V at 3.34A for a maximum of 65W output, matching the voltage and current your ProBook 650 G2 expects from its standard AC adapter.
