Car charging for LG gram laptops

The iTekiro auto adapter plugs into a 12-24V vehicle outlet and delivers up to 19V 3.42A, replacing 40W, 48W and 65W LG power bricks. It supports gram models from 13-inch through 17-inch variants including 13Z940, 14Z980, 15Z995 and 17Z990.

Right-angle connector under load

A 90-degree DC plug reduces strain on the laptop jack during extended charging sessions. Built-in short-circuit and over-temperature protection maintains stable output while the long cord lets the adapter rest on a seat or floor without tension.

Replaces LG 40W, 48W and 65W adapters

This unit consolidates three original wattages into one 65W car charger, so owners of mixed gram generations need only a single accessory. It is not an AC wall adapter and will not operate from mains power.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 65W car charger produce when running continuously on a long drive?

The adapter includes over-temperature protection that shuts it down if internal heat exceeds safe limits, and the 12–24V input design keeps efficiency high so it stays cool during extended use.

What must my vehicle provide for this charger to power an LG gram?

A standard 12V or 24V cigarette-lighter socket is the only requirement; the 4.33-inch cord plugs directly in and delivers 19V at up to 3.42A.

Will the right-angle 90-degree tip fit the charging port on my older 13Z940 gram without stressing the jack?

Yes, the elbow connector is designed to reduce strain on the power jack and matches the port used across the 13, 14, 15 and 17-inch gram models listed.
