Desk Organizer for 8.5x11" Documents

The Itoya ProFolio Art and Desk Organizer holds letter-size papers and art supplies in a single black unit. It is built from acid-free polypropylene for long-term protection of documents and artwork. The product ships fully assembled and ready for immediate use on any desk or shelf. Artists, students and office workers who need tidy, accessible storage for flat media will find it practical.

Limits of the Open-Top Slot Design

The organiser relies on open slots sized for 8.5x11" sheets, so anything larger than that format will not fit. There are no lids, drawers or locking mechanisms, meaning contents remain exposed to dust and can slide out if the unit is tilted. Vertical capacity is restricted by the fixed slot height, limiting the thickness of sketch pads or document stacks that can be stored upright.

Acid-Free Polypropylene Construction

The body is made from acid-free polypropylene, a material chosen to prevent yellowing or chemical damage to artwork and archival papers over time. This single material specification determines whether the organiser meets conservation-grade storage requirements for sensitive media. Buyers who need fire-rated, waterproof or lockable storage for valuables should look elsewhere.
