  • Double-gong ringer provides clear audible alerts
  • Hearing aid compatible for accessible communication
  • ADA volume control compliant for regulatory adherence

Modular desk phone without dial pad

The ITT 2500NDL-RD is a corded telephone built for desk use and supplied without a dial pad. Its fully modular construction allows the handset and line cords to be disconnected for replacement or reconfiguration. A nine-foot handset cord gives extra reach, while the double-gong ringer provides an audible alert in busy environments. The unit meets ADA volume-control requirements and is hearing-aid compatible.

Users needing a basic handset station

This model suits offices, lobbies or workstations where a separate dial device or headset system handles call control. Buyers who need an integrated keypad for direct dialling should look at a standard 2500-series desk phone. The red finish is fixed, so sites requiring a neutral colour will need a different variant.

Questions about this item

Can I keep my existing wall jack and line cord when I install the ITT 2500NDL-RD?

The phone is fully modular, so it plugs into a standard telephone wall jack with the line cord you already use.

How can I confirm the ringer is working correctly after I plug it in?

Call the line from another phone; the double-gong ringer will sound, and you can adjust its volume with the ringer volume control.
