12-inch Acacia Wood Spatula

The Iwatani a239 is a single-piece acacia wood turner designed for home cooks who want a natural, non-scratch tool for daily frying and serving. Its 12-inch length provides good reach over pans while keeping hands away from heat.

No assembly required — ready to use

Simply rinse before first use; the hand-polished finish has no splinters or rough edges. Wood absorbs moisture, so never place it in a dishwasher and avoid prolonged soaking to prevent warping or cracking over time.

Check your care routine before ordering

You must hand-wash with warm soapy water and dry promptly after each use. If your kitchen workflow relies on dishwasher cleaning or you prefer utensils that tolerate long soaking, this spatula will not suit those habits.
