Two-piece Spatula Set for Non-stick Cooking

The Iwatani JC025 set includes one solid and one slotted turner, each 13 inches long with a 3.25 inch wide head. Food-grade silicone heads flex for easy flipping while protecting delicate non-stick surfaces. Bamboo handles add a comfortable, natural grip for everyday sautéing, frying and turning tasks.

Hand-wash Only with Simple Care

Both spatulas resist heat up to 446 °F (230 °C) so they handle high-temperature searing without damage. The reinforced nylon core keeps the blade sturdy yet flexible, while the thin bevelled edge slides cleanly under food. Dishwasher use is not recommended; a quick hand wash preserves the wooden handle and silicone finish.

Check Your Pan Depth and Storage Space

The 13 inch overall length suits most home frying pans but may feel long in shallow skillets or small saucepans. A small protrusion on the back of each head rests on the pan rim to prevent slipping inside. Ensure your utensil drawer or crock can accommodate the full length before ordering.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the spatulas withstand 446°F (230°C) after first use?

The food-grade silicone heads are rated to 446°F (230°C); if they show no warping or discoloration after flipping pancakes or searing meat, they are performing as specified.

What comes in the JC025 set and do I need anything else to start cooking?

The box contains one solid and one slotted 13-inch silicone turner with bamboo handles — no extra tools are required for sautéing, frying or flipping.

Should I choose the solid or slotted turner for delicate fish fillets?

Use the slotted turner for fish; its openings let oil drain while the thin beveled edge slides cleanly under fragile portions.
