First-stage feeding spoons

The Iwatani Silicone Baby Spoons set contains six pieces designed for stage 1 feeding. Each spoon measures 6.3 in total length with a .78 in wide head sized for small mouths. The handles are long enough for an infant to grip and flexible so both baby and caregiver can find a comfortable angle.

Replaces hard-tip plastic or metal spoons

The soft, pliable tips have no internal support and flex under gentle pressure protecting delicate gums and emerging teeth. The smooth surface prevents food from lodging in crevices making the transition to solids easier. The jump is worth it when a baby rejects rigid utensils or shows sensitivity to harder materials.

Six-colour set for daily rotation

The muted pastel tones are chosen for visual comfort during early sight development. The spoons are made from 100% food-grade silicone with no BPA PVC or phthalates. They are not dishwasher safe so hand washing is required. Buyers who need dishwasher-safe utensils or a larger head for older toddlers should look elsewhere.
