Broadcast lavalier pair for Shure wireless

Two omnidirectional back-electret condenser microphones terminate in 4-pin mini XLR TA4F plugs and ship with windscreens. They are built for presenters, broadcasters and streamers who need hands-free capture with Shure L1, LX1, SC1, U1, UC1, UT1, T1, ULX1, UR1 or PGX transmitters.

Consistent output during long sessions

The omnidirectional pattern maintains a flat, smooth frequency response and wide dynamic range regardless of head movement, so levels stay even through extended talks or performances. A 47 inch cable gives enough slack to route cleanly without pulling on the transmitter pack.

Clip-on mounting with a detachable tie-clip

Each mic includes a removable clip that slides onto lapels, collars or headset booms and can be detached for alternative placement or cleaning. The TA4F connector locks securely into compatible Shure bodypacks; users without those specific transmitters will need a different connector or adapter.

Questions about this item

How much power does the pair of J&P Lavalier mics draw during all-day use?

The mics are passive electret condensers powered by the transmitter, so they add no measurable heat or noise to your setup.

Which transmitter do I already need to plug these 4-pin mini XLR TA4F connectors into?

They connect directly to Shure L1, LX1, SC1, U1, UC1, UT1, T1, ULX1, UR1 or PGX body-pack transmitters.

Will the 47-inch cable reach a belt-mounted transmitter when paired with older Shure gear?

Yes, the 47-inch lead is long enough to run from lapel to a belt-worn Shure transmitter of any listed series.
