Product Identity

J.V. Converting Company BST-24 is a yellow bag sealing tape designed for use with a bag sealing dispenser. It seals polyethylene and other film bags swiftly in produce, bakery, candy, floral, industrial and hardware packaging. The 2.4 mil UPVC film carries a solvent-based natural rubber adhesive and is also printable for date coding perishables.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The solvent-based natural rubber adhesive maintains its bond during continuous dispensing and keeps sealed bags closed through handling and storage. The 180 yard roll length supports high-volume sealing sessions without frequent roll changes. The UPVC film resists tearing when pulled through a dispenser under repeated tension.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your bag sealing dispenser accepts a 3/8 inch wide tape roll. Confirm the 2.4 mil thickness matches the dispenser’s tension and cutting mechanism specifications. Ensure the operating environment is compatible with a solvent-based natural rubber adhesive and UPVC film. Note the California Proposition 65 warning regarding hexachlorobenzene and polychlorinated biphenyls.
