J.V. Converting Company, Inc. Economy Grade Packaging Tape OPP-20C 48 mm x 110 yds Black

Economy Grade Carton Sealing Tape

J.V. Converting Company, Inc. OPP-20C is a 28 micron polypropylene film tape with a water-based acrylic adhesive. It comes on a 3 inch diameter core in a 48 mm width by 110 yards length. The black color suits general box sealing and color-coding tasks in shipping departments and packing stations.

Capacity and Headroom

The 110 yard roll length handles high-volume carton sealing without frequent roll changes. A 55 yard option exists in other colors but not for pink. The 28 micron film provides standard holding power for typical box weights; heavier or overfilled cartons may require a thicker grade tape for secure closure.

Upgrade Path

This tape replaces standard clear packaging tapes when color identification is needed for inventory or shipping zones. The jump is worth it for operations using color-coded workflows across nine available colors. Buyers needing transparent tape for reading underlying labels should choose lighter translucent shades instead.
