Tamper-Evident Carton Sealing Tape

JVCC TEV-ST tape provides a visible security layer for shipped cartons. A hidden "OPENED VOID" message appears on the container surface if the tape is removed or tampered with. The solvent-based acrylic adhesive delivers instant grab on contact and performs in all-weather conditions. This red, surface-printed roll suits high-value or sensitive shipments.

Check Adhesive Compatibility and Print Preference

Verify that the solvent-based acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to your specific carton material before sealing large volumes. Confirm the red surface-printed "SECURITY TAPE" legend meets any internal or carrier marking requirements. Ensure the 55 yard roll length aligns with your dispensing equipment and typical package dimensions.

Upgrade From Standard Clear Packing Tape

Standard clear tape offers no visible evidence if a carton is opened and resealed during transit. This tape adds a tamper-indicating feature that deters pilfering of pharmaceuticals, electronics, evidence or currency. The jump is worth it when shipment integrity must be proven at the point of delivery.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what else do I need to apply the tape?

The roll of red tamper-evident tape is the only item supplied. You will need a standard 3/4 inch carton-sealing dispenser or a hand-held tape gun, which are sold separately.

How do I choose between the printed and solid-colour versions of this tape?

Select the surface-printed version if you want "SECURITY TAPE" visible on the outside of the carton; choose the solid red version when you prefer no outer printing but still need the hidden "OPENED VOID" message to appear after removal.

What does the 55 yds length mean for sealing cartons in practice?

The 55 yard roll provides enough tape to seal dozens of standard shipping boxes, with the solvent-based acrylic adhesive giving instant grab in cold or humid conditions so each seal holds immediately.
