Evolve2 65 Flex on-ear headset

The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is a Bluetooth headset with a USB-A Link380a adapter for Microsoft Teams certification. It uses an on-ear headband design with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation and a hideaway boom microphone. The fold-and-go frame makes it compact for mobile professionals who need a certified communications device.

Suits Teams users needing portable ANC

This headset fits workers who move between desk and travel and want a single device for calls and music with a visible busylight. Buyers who want more storage for offline media or a second card for redundancy should look elsewhere because this product has no local storage. Users who prefer over-ear cups for passive isolation may also find the on-ear fit less suitable.

Check Bluetooth and USB-A availability

Verify that your computer or phone supports Bluetooth audio and has a free USB-A port for the included Link380a dongle. The Microsoft Teams variant works best when the Teams client is installed and configured as the default communications app. No software installation is required for basic plug-and-play operation on most modern operating systems.

Questions about this item

Do I need a free USB-A port on my computer for the Link380a dongle?

Yes, the included Link380a adapter plugs into a USB-A socket for plug-and-play wireless audio.

Will the on-ear headband and 20Hz-20KHz response work well with an older desk phone I keep?

The headset connects via Bluetooth or the USB-A dongle; it has no desk-phone base or RJ9 cable, so it cannot pair directly with a legacy desk phone.

How do I confirm the 360-degree busylight is active during a Microsoft Teams call?

The busylight glows red automatically when a Teams call is live and turns off when the call ends, giving a visual cue from every angle.
