Wired headset for office and remote work

The Jabra Evolve 20 wired headset is built for professionals who spend long hours on calls and online meetings. Its dual-ear design keeps both ears covered so background noise stays out and focus stays in. A single cable with USB-C and USB-A connectors plugs straight into a laptop without extra drivers. Certified compatibility with Avaya and Cisco platforms means it works straight away on the tools your team already uses.

Sustained comfort during back-to-back calls

Lightweight construction and a choice of foam or leatherette ear cushions prevent the pressure that builds up during marathon sessions. The 28 mm speakers deliver clear voice reproduction without distortion even at higher volumes. Inline call controls let you answer, mute and adjust volume without reaching for the keyboard. Noise-cancelling microphones keep your voice intelligible when the office or home environment gets noisy.

Durable build with flexible connectivity

The headset ships in black with a reinforced headband that withstands daily on-and-off cycles. Dual USB-C and USB-A plugs remove the need for separate adapters when switching between newer and older laptops. No battery means there is nothing to charge or replace over the product life. Buyers who need wireless freedom or active noise cancellation for travel should look at other models.

Questions about this item

Does the 28 mm speaker design generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day use?

The headset has no fan and its lightweight build stays cool during extended sessions.

Which ports must my computer already have for the USB-A and USB-C connections to work?

Your device needs at least one standard USB-A port or one USB-C port for plug-and-play operation.

Will the call-control buttons function with an older Avaya or Cisco desk phone I keep on my desk?

The unit is certified for Avaya and Cisco platforms, so the inline controls work with those systems.
