VXi CC Pro 4021V Binaural Headset

The VXi CC Pro 4021V is a binaural over-the-head headset built for clear voice communication. It uses a flexible snap-lock microphone boom that cuts nearly 89% of background noise. Wideband audio reproduction makes every word easy to understand. A lightweight frame with an adjustable headband and oversized ear foam supports all-day comfort.

Suited for busy offices and call centres

This headset suits professionals who spend hours on calls and need reliable noise suppression. The stereo speakers help users hear both the caller and ambient cues when required. Buyers who want wireless freedom or active noise cancellation for music should look elsewhere. It is not designed for gaming surround sound or high-fidelity music production.

USB or analogue connection for desk phones

The headset plugs into compatible desk phones or PC sound cards using its standard connector. No external power supply or driver installation is required. The flexible boom positions the microphone precisely without obstructing the user's view. Its light weight reduces neck strain during extended shifts.

Questions about this item

What type of phone or desk-set jack does the CC Pro 4021V plug into for the microphone and stereo speakers to work?

The headset uses a standard quick-disconnect cord that plugs into a compatible amplifier or direct-connect cable, which then connects to the RJ-9 handset port on your desk phone or contact-centre terminal.

Can I keep using my existing quick-disconnect bottom cable with the 4021V binaural headset top?

Yes, the snap-lock microphone boom and wideband audio speaker assembly are designed to mate with VXi quick-disconnect cables you already own, so you only replace the headset top.

How can I confirm the noise-cancelling microphone is cutting background sound by roughly 89 percent after I put the headset on?

Make a test call in a noisy room and ask the far end if they hear mostly your voice; the flexible snap-lock boom is engineered to suppress about 89 percent of surrounding noise when positioned correctly.
