Jabra Biz 2400 II QD Duo Headset

The Jabra Biz 2400 II QD Duo is a wired headset built for contact centres and office workers who spend hours on calls. Its Quick Disconnect plug gives instant compatibility with a wide range of desk phone systems. The noise-cancelling microphone filters background sound so the customer hears you clearly. At 2.72 oz it stays light during long shifts.

Upgrading from basic mono or single-ear models

Moving to this duo design covers both ears, which helps you focus in noisy open-plan offices. The jump is worth it when background chatter makes single-ear headsets hard to use. The 360-degree FreeSpin boom arm lets you set the microphone exactly where you need it without risking damage. Reinforced cords survive daily pulling and twisting that break lesser cables.

Quick Disconnect and cord limits

The QD interface lets you swap cords for different desk phones or smartphones, but you must buy the matching cord for each device type. PeakStop caps sudden loud sounds before they reach your ears, keeping volume in a safe range. The wired connection means no battery charging, yet it ties you to the desk while a call is active.
