Portable UC speakerphone for hybrid meetings

The Jabra Speak2 40 UC is a portable speakerphone built for professionals who need clear audio in flexible workspaces. It supports unified communications platforms and connects through either USB-A or USB-C without extra adapters. The compact puck form factor weighs 245g and fits in the included carry pouch for travel between desk, home and meeting rooms.

IP64-rated build with integrated dual connectors

The main unit measures 120mm wide by 33mm high and carries an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water splashes during daily transport. An integrated cable of approximately 80cm terminates in both USB-A and USB-C plugs so the same device works with older laptops and newer ports. Four digital MEMS microphones capture voice from every direction while suppressing background noise.

Full duplex audio in rooms up to 4.5 metres square

Full duplex technology lets all participants speak and be heard simultaneously for natural conversation flow. The speakerphone is tuned for spaces up to 4.5m by 4.5m and operates reliably between 0°C and 40°C. Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress software provide firmware updates and device management for IT teams.
