Voice-activated portable speaker

The JBL Link 10 is a compact Bluetooth and Wi-Fi speaker with Google Assistant built in. It provides hands-free voice control and streams music directly from cloud services via Chromecast. Setup is managed through the Google Home app on iOS or Android. The speaker delivers stereo sound powered by two 8W drivers.

Five-hour battery under continuous playback

The internal 4000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery supplies up to five hours of continuous audio at typical listening levels. Playtime is rated for sustained streaming rather than brief bursts, so extended outdoor sessions will drain the pack within a single charge cycle. The IPX7-rated waterproof fabric enclosure protects the electronics during poolside or beach use without interrupting playback.

Replaces basic Bluetooth-only speakers

This model upgrades from simple Bluetooth speakers by adding Wi-Fi streaming, Chromecast built-in and on-device Google Assistant for voice requests. The jump is worth it when you want multi-room grouping, direct cloud playback or hands-free control without keeping a phone nearby. Buyers who need longer than five hours of unplugged playtime or a larger driver array for higher output will not find those capabilities here.
