Mono wired headset for contact centres

The Jabra GN2020 Mono is a corded headset built for professional contact centres and busy offices. Its noise-cancelling microphone reduces background sound while the single earpiece keeps the user aware of their surroundings. A lightweight over-the-head frame and supersoft ear cushions support comfort during long shifts.

PeakStop protection and all-day comfort

PeakStop technology guards against sudden loud sound spikes, protecting the user’s hearing in unpredictable audio environments. The pivoting boom arm allows precise microphone positioning, and the robust construction is rated for day-after-day durability. Large ear cushions add extra comfort for continuous wear.

USB connectivity via Link 230 adapter

The bundle includes a Link 230 USB adapter, providing a direct digital connection to a PC without a separate sound card. This wired USB link ensures consistent audio quality and simple plug-and-play deployment for desk-based agents.
