Dual connectivity wireless headset

The Jabra PRO 9450 Duo is a wireless headset designed for office staff who handle calls on both desk phones and UC softphones. Its plug-and-play interface allows users to switch between audio sources without re-pairing. The dual-earpiece design supports focused conversations in open-plan environments. It is not suited for users who need mobile-only Bluetooth pairing or single-ear wearing styles.

DECT wireless range and talk time

The headset operates on a DECT wireless link that provides mobility around the desk and office floor. Talk time reaches up to 8 hours on a single charge, limiting continuous use to a standard shift. The base unit must remain connected to power and the desk phone or computer for the link to function. Buyers who need all-day coverage without recharging or a longer wireless range should consider other solutions.

Noise-cancelling microphone and base controls

A noise-cancelling microphone reduces background sound for clearer voice transmission. Wideband audio support improves incoming call clarity when the connected system allows it. The base station includes a simple display with touch buttons for call answer, end, and volume. A built-in ringer alerts users to softphone calls even when the headset is off the head. The over-the-head band and dual cushions stay in place during extended wear.
