20+4 Pin LCD Power Supply Tester
The JacobsParts digital tester checks ATX, BTX and ITX power supplies through their 20- or 24-pin main connector. It reads +3.3 V, +5 V, +12 V and +5 VSB rails on a built-in LCD without needing batteries. Technicians and builders use it to confirm a PSU is healthy before installing it in a system.
Voltage rails tested
The unit reports four voltages: +3.3 V, +5 V, +12 V and +5 V standby. If any rail falls outside specification the display shows the deviation, letting you spot a failing supply before it damages components. No other rails or connectors are measured by this model.
Suits quick bench checks, not full load validation
Ideal for repair shops, system integrators and hobbyists who need a fast go/no-go verdict on a spare or pulled power supply. Builders who require load testing, ripple measurement or SATA/PCI-E connector verification should use a dedicated load tester instead.

Questions about this item
What does the 20+4 pin LCD reading tell me once the tester is connected to an ATX power supply?
The LCD shows real-time voltage levels for the +3.3V, +5V, +12V and +5VSB rails supplied through the 20/24-pin ATX connector, letting you confirm each rail is within specification before powering a system.
Which connector standard does the tester use and what voltage rails does it check?
It plugs into the 20/24-pin ATX connector and reads the +3.3V, +5V, +12V and +5VSB rails directly from that interface.
What physical space does the tester need to fit beside a power supply?
The unit measures 4.75 inches by 2.5 inches (12.07 cm by 6.35 cm), so it sits comfortably on a bench or inside a case while connected to the ATX connector.
