Essential ESD protection for component work

This anti-static wrist strap grounds the user to prevent static discharge while handling sensitive electronics. The adjustable band fits a range of wrist sizes and uses a clamp-to-lock mechanism for a secure hold. It is suited to DIY enthusiasts and professional technicians performing upgrades or repairs.

Verify a reliable ground point before use

Ensure the workspace provides a suitable grounding surface for the detachable clamp to attach securely. The cord extends up to 30 inches, so confirm this reach matches the distance between the wearer and the grounding location. The 360-degree rotation joint should move freely to avoid cable strain during movement.

Frees both hands inside the chassis

The wrist-worn design leaves both hands free for installing components, routing cables or troubleshooting hardware. The detachable clamp can also be moved to clothing if wrist wear is impractical for a specific task. Its compact form adds no bulk to a toolkit and stores flat in a drawer or parts box.
