1/24 scale 2010 Ford Mustang GT

This diecast model reproduces the 2010 Ford Mustang GT in red metallic with white stripes at 1/24 scale. It is built from diecast metal with plastic parts and features a detailed interior, exterior and engine compartment. Real rubber tyres and opening hood, doors and trunk add to the realism. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Collectors and display enthusiasts

The officially licensed replica suits adult collectors who want an accurate shelf piece from the Bigtime Muscle series. It is not intended for rough play or outdoor use, so buyers looking for a durable toy for children should consider other options. The fixed 1/24 scale also means it will not fit track sets or playsets built for different scales.

Straightforward shelf placement

No assembly is required; the model is ready to display straight from the box. The only common issue is keeping the small moving panels aligned when opening and closing the hood, doors or trunk repeatedly. Handle the diecast body carefully to avoid paint chips on the red metallic finish.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/24 scale Mustang need a display base or can it stand on its own tyres?

The model has real rubber tyres and sits stably on any flat surface without a separate base.

Will the 2010 Mustang look consistent next to older 1/24 diecast models in my collection?

Yes — it is built to true 1/24 scale with diecast metal construction, so proportions match other 1/24 vehicles.

How can I check the opening hood, doors and trunk operate correctly after unboxing?

Gently lift each panel; they should move smoothly on their hinges and reveal the detailed engine, interior and trunk area.
